Admin Login: Click on the button ‘Are you a new user’ then enter your email address and press send. You will receive an email with a link to set up your password.

To retrieve voice messages press the ‘message’ button or dial 5001
New Temporary Voicemail Passcode: 0+ExtId (0101)
Once in the voicemail system follow the prompts to record New Voicemail Greeting
Voicemail to Email
To get an email notification when you receive a voicemail, login to the portal, go to messages>settings. Scroll down to ‘Unified Messaging’ and choose ‘Email Notification’ type.
Attended Transfer: Press the ‘Tran’ Soft Key during an active call; enter the extension # or 10 digit phone number where you would like to transfer the call to.
Blind Transfer: Press the ‘Tran’ Soft Key during an active call; enter the extension # or 10 digit phone number where you would like to transfer the call to. Press the ‘Tran’ Soft Key again to complete the transfer.
Press the ‘Conf’ soft key during an active call. Dial the number to conference, and then press the ‘Send’ soft key. When the call is answered you can speak to the party before completing the conference. When ready to join press the ‘Conf’ soft key again to connect the two parties.
Call park is a feature that allows a person to put a call on hold at one telephone set and the call can then be retrieved from any other telephone set on the system.
Dial *** to Park a Call or press the ‘Park’ button. Wait for the system to playback the Call Park Position in which the call was parked.
Call Park Positions are 701, 702, 703, 704.
To Retrieve a Parked Call dial the Call Park Position from any phone on the system and you will be connected to the party that was placed on Park.
