Plug & Call

Plug in the phone, according to the following diagram

Only to be used for phones with expansion modules

Online User Portal Access

URL: Sky.DynaLinkTel.com

Username: ExtID@accountID.DynaCloud  (101@1152.DynaCloud)

Passcode: 0+ExtID (0101)

Username & Passcode are Case Sensitive

 

 

Voicemail Access & Greeting

To retrieve voice messages press the ‘message’ button or dial 5001

 

New Temporary Voicemail  Passcode: 0+ExtId (0101)

Once in the voicemail system follow the prompts to record New Voicemail Greeting

 

 

Call Transfer

Attended Transfer:  Press the ‘Tran’ Soft Key during an active call; enter the extension # or 10 digit phone number where you would like to transfer the call to.

 

  1. The transfer recipient answers and agrees to take the call.  Press the ‘Tran’ Soft Key again to complete the transfer.
  2. The transfer recipient does not agree to take the call, press the “cancel” soft key.

 

Blind Transfer: Press the ‘Tran’ Soft Key during an active call; enter the extension # or 10 digit phone number where you would like to transfer the call to. Press the ‘Tran’ Soft Key again to complete the transfer.

 

 

Conference Call

Press the ‘Conf’ soft key during an active call.  Dial the number to conference, and then press the ‘Send’ soft key. When the call is answered you can speak to the party before completing the conference. When ready to join press the ‘Conf’ soft key again to connect the two parties.

 

 

Call Park

Call park is a feature that allows a person to put a call on hold at one telephone set and the call can then be retrieved from any other telephone set on the system.

 

Dial *** to Park a Call.  Wait for the system to playback the Call Park Position in which the call was parked.

 

Call Park Positions are 701, 702, 703, 704.

 

To Retrieve a Parked Call dial the Call Park Position from any phone on the system and you will be connected to the party that was placed on Park.
